Super comfy

These are some of my favorite shoes to wear. The top not only looks stylish (I get a lot of compliments, which I didn't expect), but it's really breathable, with just enough stretch that I can slip them on and off without worry they will just fall off my feet. There's no stiffness in the sole, so it feels like walking around barefoot with a protective layer. With the exception of some wet slick surfaces, and the gum rubber grips really well, and I love using these for cycling on my standard pedal single speed bike (as opposed to clipless pedals).

marathons to trails to trade shows

I bought these running shoes 2-1/2 years ago and they're still going strong. I've run in every condition and they've held up great. With the Echo running shoe, I've done:
•Walking trade shows - 15 miles per day
•Training on road, treadmill, limestone trail, single track trail, etc.
•3 half marathons, 1 of which was pouring down rain (these dissipated water great and I had NO blisters)
•Hiking and boldering, 10-15 mile days from deserts of Utah to rocky Montana trails

Love these shoes!!!

These are great shoes! I am NOT a trail runner nor do I hike often. However I cannot stand traditional hiking shoes. Look, weight, comfort and cost for a good pair, especially since I may hike once a year.

I picked these up because of the price and look specifically for my once a year camping trip where I knew I'd be on at least one hike.

I am as close to a true size 11 and ordered 11's. They fit like a glove, in a good way. They have a bit of compression or maybe should say that they wrap feet with nice pressure all around..First walk was on the hike which was about 2-miles over dirt, rock, gravel and pavement sections. The hike was pretty tough, but my feet did not hurt afterwards. They felt great and better than expected.

I now wear these most days of the week,.with jean, khakis and shorts and even have had them at the beach.
